PHILOSOPHY
Counseling is not just about fixing problems, it's also about celebrating growth. It's a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. Through counseling, you can learn to appreciate your strengths, overcome your challenges, and become the best version of yourself. Let's embark this journey together and celebrate your growth along the way.
BELIEFS ON CHANGE
Therapeutic change through relationship is a powerful tool for personal growth and healing. By building a strong and trusting relationship with your therapist, you can work together to identify and overcome obstacles, develop new coping skills, and achieve your goals. Whether you're with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other challenges, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your and feelings, and make changes in your life.
THEORETICAL OREINTATION
I utilize an eclectic theoretical orientation is a counseling approach that combines different theories and techniques to create a personalized treatment plan for each client. I utilize an integrative approach and adapt methodology based on the needs of the client. Foundationally, I identify with Client-centered theory in that change is fostered first through the therapuetic relationship and fuels the strength of clinical intervention. I typically apply skills and techniques grounded in evidence-based practice including ACT, IFS, CBT, and Client-Centered Therapy.
CLINICAL APPROACH
My clinical approach recognizes that no single theory or technique works for everyone, and that each client unique needs and circumstances. By drawing from multiple theories and techniques, I tailor my approach to best meet the needs of each individual. It involves gathering information about the patient's history, fostering the therapeutic relationship, and developing a treatment plan based on the patient's individual needs. The clinical approach is essential for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring positive health outcomes.
